Yeah, I didn't really know all that until I bought my condo last fall. Now I know. But once it's all said and done, it will be so worth it. You will LOVE your new home! Congratulations!
I agree with laneycakes!! Just take a deep cleansing breath and try to enjoy the process. When it's all said and done as said above, you'll wonder why you got yourself all tensed up.
I have purchased 3 homes over the years and it has always been stressful but you get through it!!! Good luck with it all!!! It is nice to build equity and a good tax break (at least in our state).
LOL oh yes, I definitely know this...done it three times so far and we were just recently looking for another place but decided that we just can't take the stres s of it right now with a new baby coming in a couple of months. It all works out in the end but it sure can be a rollercoaster ride at times. Good luck!
