We did get our snow but it came after the rain, sleet, and ice. Everything is sparkly because it is encased in ice and then topped with wet, fluffy snow. It truly is a winter wonderland. I just need to get used to walking on slippery surfaces again after last year.
After 6 years of marriage, my husband's Muscular Dystrophy diagnosis and subsequent physical decline, my gastric bypass surgery, depression, and apparent infertility, this is where I find my new normal.
